Terms & conditions
- $50 Key Deposit (refundable of applicable). Lost Keys, Damages to the room property, stain of linens and missing items will be charged upon check-out.
- Check-out time is 10:00am. Additionally charge of 50% will be applied after 10:30am.
- Children will not be left alone in the room without any adult supervision. This applies to children 15 years and below.
- Swimming pool is for in-house guests only. Opening hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Children below the age of 15 years will not be allowed to use the pool unsupervised. The resort will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents.
- No outside alcohol allowed. No outside food or drinks allowed to be consumed at the dining area of the restaurant.
- No smoking areas include Reception, Dining, Swimming pool and inside the rooms/ Villas.
- Cooking inside the rooms and villas is strictly prohibited.
- Visitors are all welcome. All Visitors must leave the premises by 11:00pm
- Public Area is closed from 11:00pm to respect all other guests. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm. Upon failure to comply, you will be asked to leave the premises without any refund.
- Ensure that Room Door is properly locked and secured at all times. Hotel Management will not be held responsible for any missing personal items and valuable left in guest rooms.
